My car is here!
First Iced Chocolate in this thread I think? It's a very cool color, hard to capture as like most metallic paint colors it changes depending on lighting. Looks entirely black at angles, then the brown is very obvious, and almost a purple/blue at others.

Especially the big one!
FYI, I only let a dog ride in my 2009 MCS once. It was a puppy (now grown) and I let it sit on my wife's lap. Of course it got car sick and threw up in the car.
Some people change cars when the ashtray's full.
My 2009 MCS has been sold. The 2015 F56 is ordered.
Will any of my four dogs (all 45 to 50 lbs each) get to ride in it with the new flat floor option?
I'll have to give that some thought while I wait for the car to get here mid August...

Photo tip:
The only reason I'm pointing this out is because someone brought it to my attention once, on here, and they were 100% correct.
When turning the steering wheel of your car to take a picture, please take a picture from the side of the car with the wheel turned "in". Unless you are purposely trying to show off the tread design of your tires?! lol
It looks much better from an aesthetic standpoint.
Carry on

the boys know the rule. they don't set foot in the car.
big ones just too big and would not be comfortable.
the little ones do just fine but they shed too much and my OCD will kick in.
i will, however, put up 2 pictures of when we went to Emerald Isle, NC a few weeks back on a road trip and we took them with us.
they were hanging out in the back of the CRV and loving every minute of it.

My first reaction was "oh my goodness, he got all three in the back". Kept looking trying to figure out how you had the seats positioned, and then I finally figured out it wasn't the Mini.
Perhaps I should post pictures of all four of our dogs in the back of my truck or our van
I do like the picture though. Happy dogs!

So I decided to make my own custom license plate mount today since my plates finally came from the dealership and I didn't want to spend 80 bucks for the platypus mount which I feel puts the plate at an unattractive angle and it looks too far away from the bumper. I simply cut and welded/modified the factory supplied tow hook and made a plate to mount the factory license plate mount to. I think it looks okay, still have to paint it all once it's road proven and I might have to trim the edge of the plastic mount with rubber so it doesn't mar the bumper paint.

mini-and-bmw-shift-*****
I secured the shift boot just under the collar on the adjustable short shifter, I thought it gave it a pretty clean / mean look. It doesn't move.
