How do I add an image to my ad?
With the marketplace system there are two means to include an image when placing an ad. 1) The preferred way is to use the Browse button to locate an image on your personal computer. This insures that the ad has a thumbnail image created and the ad is displayed in the Random Ads and Recent Ad lists. Note: if you don't use an image in this way your ad will not be displayed in either the Random Ads or Recent Ad lists and therefore reduce the expose and chance of having someone see your ad. 2) The second method is to include an image in the description area of your add. To do so you need to use a bbCode. For images this is [IMG]theurltoyourimagegoeshere[/IMG]. If using only this method be aware that you ad will not be displayed in the Random Ads or Recent Ads lists thereby reducing the exposure of your ad.

How do I add a URL to my ad?
Before adding a URL take a minute to consider the URL. Many of our marketplace categories do not allow the insertion of URLs to other sites such as eBay, Craiglist, etc. If you want to include a link to one of these sites please use the Sales not on NAM category to place your ad. Ads using URLs placed in other categories will be moved to the Sales not on NAM category. If a URL is needed it can only be placed in the description area when uploading an ad. It requires a bbCode of the following format: [URL=http://the_url_you_want_to_click_to]The Text you want the user to see as a link[/URL]
