Belkin iPod mount - mated to a Pro-clip left downtube straight mount (clips onto left downtube).. $25
seen here with iphone mounted.. also fits older iPods.. The suction cup mount is not optimal, and sometimes the ipod can go flying so I recommend using a rubber band or something similar to hold the ipod in place in this mount.. (If you use a dock connector it will help but that will stress on the connector and not something you want to break in your ipod)....
