i'm new to the forum...planning on buying the 07 mini cooper S soon. I wanted an 06 but it's been hard to find the one i want and a new one. Excited to learn from everyone here!

 

Welcome pandy! Much to learn, and it's almost guaranteed that somebody here knows anything you might want to know!
If you really want an '06 - it's a big country, with lots of dealers, and from what I hear quite a few '06 on the lots. Many have inventory on their websites.
Whatever you do, DON'T PAY A MARKUP (oops, was I yelling?) Even in SoCal you can find dealers w/o markup. Save the $ for goodies.

I'm brand new too. Planning to buy an '07 MCS within the next couple months. And then moving to sunny so. California in a year. I know, I know...y'all don't need any more people down there! We're moving because of my husband's job.

Anyway, I'm excited to hear what you're thinking of as far as specs. I've asked a couple questions on here so far and people have been very friendly and helpful!

thanks for the warm welcome everyone! Holls, Sunny So. Cal welcomes you! I did ask the dealership by my house to find the 06's but there were only 4 available but not in the color combo i wanted. I also want a new 06, which is hard. And if it's far, i'd have to pay for shipping and i'd rather use that money on the car. Yah, i'm not going to pay markup! no way! The dealer by my house has no markup!
