Just bought my first MINI
I am now the very proud owner of this unbelievable car:

The car was in Chicago and I live in Oklahoma City, so I flew up, bought it, and just drove 12 hours to get it home (what a great way to get acquainted with a new car). Everything about the car is perfect. Mark (user: markbradford) truely built a great car and I'm sure he is going to miss it. I'll send him pictures from time to time to be sure of it.
I'll try to get some of my own pics up in the gallery very soon and I look forward to being a part of such a great community.

Great car! Looking forward to seeing it around Oklahoma City. Are you planning on taking it to any track days? Check out the "high speed touring" at www.hallettracing.net

Thanks everyone for the great welcome. Everytime I get in the car I fall further in love with it. My wife should be getting jealous sometime soon.
Most definitely. I had my M3 up there for a private track day with the OKC Subaru club and I can't wait to see what the MINI can do. I'm also planning on joining the BMW Auto-X guys at the Del City Police Training Center for some cone dodging.

Great! Also, I thought I'd remind you that Phil Wicks www.minidriving.com is going to be at Hallett October 26-28. I've read different reviews of it, but I'm planning on taking my car if it comes in and I have time to get it broken in a little. It will be track time and should have lots of minis.
Also, consider the SCCA autocross held monthly, usually at Remington Park. www.okscca.org
Can't wait to see your car.
