I'm not as lucky as everyone else who has ordered recently -- I'm listed as a week 40 production, ordered 8/28. Anyone else?

 

I ordered 8/31 and was told week 37?????????

 

I'm guessing your dealer has a better allocation than my dealer, which is why I'm booted into October. Ah, well; the usb port might be available by then...

 

Did they give you a start production date or just the week? You're right... it has to be dealer allocation. I ordered after you did and got week 37, maybe even 36. Looks like your MCS is going to have a long boat ride too. I assume CO comes though the CA VDC. Hang in there, these forums will keep you busy until the day your baby arrives.

 

Mine is starting to be built today, 9-5.

Yes, N SDL Mini. Our MA is Greg Witt, nice guy, very patient.

We ordered Sunday the 19th of August and asked them to delay the beginning of production as long as they could, so they gave us their last slot that they had for the beginning of September. We could have had it started, I think, last week, but we opted for this week.

Pretty mellow dealership so far, nothing bad to report.

Whereabouts in NE AZ would you be?

 

No date on production, just an estimated week. I'm dreading the long haul through the Panama canal....

 

St. Johns, midway between Scottsdale & Albuquerque...will probably go with the dealership in Scottsdale, as we are down there more than Albuquerque. Need to get out from under another car payment.PS Thanks for your post.

 

Week 40 here! I thought I would have to wait a while even to post about the production week! At least now someone is waiting with me!

Ordered 8/18. Such a long wait...

 

I just called again and found my car IN production and estimated to be done by 9/9 or 10?? Strange How I can order after you and mine already be in production.... I will check again on Friday to confirm...

 

Dealers all have differant production slots and some have a lot shorter production times. One reason I ordered from East Bay was at the time out of the dealers in the Bay Area they had the quickest production slot.
