The only solution I came up with was buying brake dust colored rims, LOL.

Next week I get to take multiple trips over the Blue Ridge mountains, YES!

Had my baby for 4 weeks now and have over 3100 on her. Break in is history. Car runs great. I really enjoy the motoring time.

At 900 miles, 300 more to go! I've been thinking places to go to burn the rest.

I made myself not use the Sport button until I reached 600 miles. Omg, it was such a difference! I love the two personalities of the MINI! The throttle was so responsive, I had to readjust myself to drive it properly but it was sooooo fun!!

The sport button is an amazing feat of science I will usually drive the freeway in sport, switch over to m/s and put her into 6th when cruising. I gain the benefit of great mileage with the tight steering of sport mode.
5 weeks now. 3600 miles. Its that 160 r/t commute to work. But hey, it pays for the mini!
I need to take more picts with the new tint on her. Waiting till the rain subsides here in so cal so I can wash, hydro, and photograph!

I did my first wash a couple days too, but I really need to get proper mitts and tools. I already made some swirls on the car.

Cleaning the wheels ain't an easy job! I think I'll need to grab a stool, gets really tired quickly working on the wheels.

So Rally got me curious, and I started taking a look at our headlight assembly closely tonight, and it looks like the lens is held on by just a few clips. Thats going to make joey-modding a breeze

I was womdering if that was a sealed unit that should not be taken apart, or if it doesnt matter? Im worried about water getting in after putting it back together....if you take yours apart to do the joey-mod could you tell me how it goes?

Thank you

Bump.

Any new mods peoples? Got any coming for Christmas?

I haven't gotten around to playing with the headlight assembly yet because I'll be on the road from January through April so I don't want to chance it.
