Darth... I think mini uses a different carrier for the west coast deliveries.. I don't believe they use WW. I am not sure there is a way to track them... sorry... I am only aware of the East Coast ships. There is some really good information on this thread.. https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ad.php?t=70301. They talk about the West Coast carriers a little bit.

Did you notice there were 4 pages on departure schedule? Check pages 2 and 3 for Nov ship schedule.

I am hoping my car will be on the Freedom leaving Southampton on the 2nd.

That's quite the line-up. MINIs definitely draw from everywhere.

Not to worry Darth, most of the west coast sees delivery by WW too. I've heard that some end up going by K-Line, but there's a lot of ships going by WW, including my car with week 39.

It's pretty easy to check if you're booked on one, here. My car didn't show as booked until the ship was nearly docked in Southhampton though. You can also do a 'Search by Ports' under the 'Schedules' section of the Customer Centre at the WW website.

There's a good number of WW ships between Southampton and Port Hueneme:
SOUTHAMPTON 04/11/2007 PORT HUENEME, CA 26/11/2007 FIDELIO
SOUTHAMPTON 12/11/2007 PORT HUENEME, CA 04/12/2007 AIDA
SOUTHAMPTON 19/11/2007 PORT HUENEME, CA 10/12/2007 MAERSK WIND
SOUTHAMPTON 26/11/2007 PORT HUENEME, CA 17/12/2007 FALSTAFF
SOUTHAMPTON 01/12/2007 PORT HUENEME, CA 22/12/2007 TAIPAN
SOUTHAMPTON 10/12/2007 PORT HUENEME, CA 30/12/2007 TASCO

Usually the WW pages does not display the 'booking' info till that ship is within 24- 48 hours of the scheduled arrival time for Southampton.
Also K-Line ships are "rarely" used any more for the west coast voyages, in the last 3 months only WW ships have made the Port Hueneme trek.

I'm so confused (in a good way)... last time I called they told me my car wasn't starting production until today. Today I call and they tell me it's done. As in, filling out the paperwork and on its way to the port. Woo hoo! Apparently it started production last week after all. Who am I to argue? Now to catch a boat!

I would say that is true because i'm week 45 and they are telling us our cars are on the production line and will be finished at the end of this week.

Talked to the fine folks at 1866 ASKMINI and found out that my S was done today. . . . Looking like mid-December in California and a Mini under the tree for me.

I'm Back!

Well, my excitement was short lived once I realzied that although my car went into production in week 43, I would not complete until the 29th of October in glorious week 44. So, in that case I'm back and I hope I can catch the earilest ship from Southhampton to New York for a mid/late Novemeber delivery. I live in CT does anyone know approx. how long it takes to get to the east coast in NY?

I was hoping and thinking 2 weeks at the most...right?

Thanks in advance!

Do not want to start another thread so reviving an old but good one!

According to my MA, expected production for my MCS is week 44. I ordered the vehicle on the 6th of October. Excited!

Anyone else in week 44 of production out there? I'm guessing I'll be taking delivery of my MCS mid December, which is good because that will be right after finals!
