thoughts at 11k miles

Yes you read that right - my 08' R56 has only 11k miles. I def. don't get the chance to drive it as much as I want to, but when I do - it's a heavenly experience, despite the Jersey morning traffic. It's still as much fun as the day I drove it off the lot - going when I need it to go with absolutely no hesitation - always giving me power I need wherever I am on the tach - thanks to it's efficient power to weight ratio - all the while maintaining a consistent low 30s mpg on the highway. That's just a tad south of Prius country and those guys all drive like they wish they had minis anyway "Go kart handling" ain't an exaggeration - this thing moves like a featherweight boxer and corners like it came with an invisible bat cable. The premium audio delivers the stress relief I need as it envelops me in audio bliss after a long day at work. Is my r56 without its quirks? Certainly not, but after 21 months of ownership, I have absolutely no regrets ...

Da da da da daaa, I'm lovin' it!

Didn't do anything actually. I took it to the dealership and they claimed it was within normal operating limits. They also couldn't reproduce it when we took it for a test drive. You know how that goes. I just gave up on it and let the car warm up for a few before motoring.

Same thing happened to me, but I think it'll probably get worse this year and you'll have to take it in again.
