As one of the early Week 5/6 owners, let me offer my congratulations to those finally getting their vehicles. I've got 2,500 on mine, which was delivered 23 Feb. It's an MC and my biggest thrill is to have some sporty Toyota or Honda crowd my back bumper until I get to the Interstate cloverleaf entrance, where I watch them recede in the rearview mirror.

It usually takes them a mile with me at the speed limit to catch up, blow past me, and get their ticket from the cop that sits just over the hill.

I hope no one thinks I'm baiting them by travelling the speed limit en route to the interstate entrance. Surely that can't be an invitation to tailgate.

And I'm sure eventually, I'll work through the supply and they'll all have learned. All this fun and I'm not even breaking the law--though I am exceeding the on-ramp suggested curve speed.

 

Oddly, I discovered this weekend that our MINI looks both faster and slower depending on traffic and the idiots behind the other wheels. Oh well.

 

as a sage namster once stated.....it's more fun to drive a slow car fast than it is to drive a fast car slow i'm at about 200 hp now and have done the suspension too, so i don't know where that puts me....but few think fiona is slow. happy trails week 5/6'ers!
