Hi everyone,
This is my first post and I just purchased a Chili Red 2008 MINI Cooper S this past Saturday and absolutely love driving it!!

Having done extensive research on new vehicles I was looking for a car that would give me the same thrill and excitement that I had driving my modified 2006 Mustang GT and found it in the MINI Cooper S.

I was directed over to NAM from some friends on a different message board that also own MINI Cooper's and decided to join having seen what a great and knowledgeable community this is.

 

And the top of the morning and a merry welcome to ya!

Be warned - folks on this board have been known to become infected with the dread "mods" virus - leading many to the outer edges of performance and fiscal stress...

Welcome Jim! Congratulations!!! I'll be looking for you on the road in 2 wks. I'll be in Boca/Delray visiting family!
Don't forget MINIs in the Mountains here in Colorado this August if you feel like a road trip! We're going to have alot of fun!!

The mod bug is already tugging at me and I am itching to get started but I need to wait for the break in period to be over with first.

Although today I just added sunroof shades and dark limo window tint as the summers can be brutal down here in South Florida.
