I'm a new for Mini and this forum. I really need to know about...(sorry if my question is stupid for you)

Why you guy call Mini Cooper S is R56?
What is Vendors?
Where the shop can I go to put driving light?

(I live in Monrovia California USA I checked at dealer already...but they give me a price that I can't make it)

R56 is the model number that BMW uses to refer to the 2007 and up MCS. R53 referred to the previous generation MCS (2002-2006). Motoringfile.com has a complete list of the BMW numbers for all 2002 and up MINIs if you are interested.

 

Vendors are people who sell MINI stuff.
