could use a little help - brand new here

Hi guys, my name is John and I live in Phoenix. I've got a big lifted Jeep that I am trying to sell, and one of the cars I'm looking into is a Cooper S. Really I know nothing about them other than when I drove a cooper back in 2004 and remember how well it handled.

There is one 04' S in the local auto trader for 12,900 with 80,000 miles on it that is in very nice shape. Cooper SShould that mileage worry me? I've driven high mileage hondas and never worried about it, but like I said, I dont know these cars.

Also, any certain models, transmissions, etc. to look out for? Any problems I need to be aware of when shopping, or things to make sure the car has? In the past I've not researched cars before buying, and always found out later I should have looked for one with a certain this or that... trying to avoid making any mistakes this time.

thanks in advance! with a picture of my jeep for views.
