Maybe they're planning on something special for me as a gift?

Nah, I didn;t think so. I think they're just used to people buying lots of add-ons from them so they just plan on 7 days. There's not much of anything to do on mine (I will be driving 2 miles to get the clear bra installed).

The MA said it'll be ready Tuesday afternoon.
Which is great, since I work "at home" on Wednesdays.

 

Well, owner's lounge says mine is scheduled for delivery on July 1 (tomorrow). I'm hoping that means it should arrive then at the dealer (which would make sense considering so many of you had yours arrive today). If so, I'll start pressing my dealer to get it completed and ready for selivery...

...of course that also means I better get to work on cleaning the garage!

 

I have a July 2nd delivery date, but Sarah, my MA (who after I emailing several days ago with no reply and then called today), emailed me back saying it could be ready on the 14th. Considering Portland is a stop before Seattle, I am not sure if they are booked in processing minis or is she is just going on vacation and will back then. Very disappointed Rasmussen. Wish they had another dealer here in Portland.

 

So I went tonight and bought my MINI!!! I wasn't supposed to get it until Thursday but went and did all the paperwork tonight and will pick her up on Thursday night. (She still needs her windows tinted and the sport stripes installed)

Our MINI is in our driveway! Our MA called this afternoon, said it was ready and could I come and get it? Of course I said yes!

can't post any pictures yet as it was too dark once I got home for pictures, but will take some first thing in the morning (couldn't go home to get the camera before heading to the dealer... was in too much of a hurry!)

We have our first Mini. We got her late last night from Brecht Mini, went to dinner, showed it off to the in-laws, then tucked her away in our garage. I will post photos today.

 

I haven't heard from my MA since Saturday when he thought I might be able to deliver that weekend. Maybe he's lagging now that he knows I'm going with outside financing and it wouldn't be done in June? But I really need that PO to get my loan finalized...

I am noticing a trend for Minis on the Regoleeto. It seems that the Clubmans are the ones being delivered first. Any coupes delivered so far?

 

Got the call tonight that Wellington has arrived at the dealer! Now I just have to call them tomorrow to set a day/time for delivery. Gonna be a hard thing to do, since I'm picking him up and driving a whole two miles to drop him off for tint and clear bra...

 

Us clubmans took up all the space, they're so big nothing else could fit

 

My AB/W coupe is here....we went in yesterday to take care of the financing and are returning Thursday since the stripes and some other stuff will be installed by then. We couldve done the whole thing on Thurs but my MA said he had some sales quotas to meet and if we took care of the financials, he could count it as a sale. I asked what was in it for me to come there twice and I got free front and back floormats out of the deal
