For the WW website to track my MINI, do I have become a member to find out where my baby is? I have my VIN, but I don't see where to enter it
From the WW home page, click on the Customer Centre drop down menu and select the "Track and Trace" option. When the form pops up, enter your VIN in the block labeled Cargo ID and then click the Track button.
Thanks! Just got off the phone with ASKMINI and they said my MINI was at 150 stage and should be completed by the 17th! So I still have about a week before I can go WW tracking overboard hehe .
Enjoy the tracking as it is pretty cool. I got my car a week ago put 100 miles on it to and from the detail shop. Saw it less than 14 hours. Detailer is doing his thing. Sent picutres of final step putting on the flat black stripes with red pin stripes. He said he never seen it done that way with only pins on the outside edges of the stripe. Exactly. Picture looks off the hook. More excited than the actually delivery to see the finished product.

I can't see it either have they changed the website?
Mine is also at the dock - It says 2 ships are in and loading 4 days then on 2/5 depart -they will take 13 days to get to Baltimore. Now the wait for the vin number to change to tell me it didn't miss the boat- maybe they will be bunk buddies

Reason: sig update
This is all too cool. Just got my production number and VIN today. Learned it completed production on 2/9/11 and was loaded onto the Elektra at Southampton today. Due at the Port of Baltimore 2/26/11. About 2 weeks ahead of the schedule I had in my head when I placed the order.
highlander: Sounds great. It will probably hit Baltimore POE earlier than the 26th. Mine, back in October, took 7 days to get from Southampton to New York, then another day to hit Baltimore. Tracking it up the Chesapeake Bay, I thought that it would never get there. 10 hours it took. That Pepper White with the Green Lounge sounds interesting. Take care and good luck, you're allmost there.
My Mini Cooper S, Labuyo, is currently on the high seas headed our way. She's on the K-Line vessle, California Highway, and is due in Brunswick VPC on Feb 23rd. Only got to wait a bit longer.....
Hemisedan: Thanks. I am a big classic Porsche fan and several years ago I saw a late 50's / early 60's 356 Coupe in Ivory over Green Leather and it was a beautiful car. Needless to say when it came time to get a new Mini, I had to go PW/PW with the Green Lounge Leather. From what I can tell it will be fairly unique. Just curious, how long did it take from arrival at Port of Baltimore to DesMoines?
I'm aboard the Fedora MA says 14 days. It left the 5 instead of the fourth. Eta in Jersey is 18 of Feb. This reminds me of an abbot and costello movies step by step slooowwwly I turn. Ha! Ha! anyway getting closer. Tracked ship on 9 of Feb since then no update. just maddening. Never shoed up on track and trace. Thanks you guys are awesome. My white countryman is almost here
For those who have been through this before, here's what I'm wondering. I called the ASK MINI number today and the automated service gave me an estimated completion date of March 8, and I'm wondering how accurate that date might be. I just got my production number yesterday and I immediate registered with the Owners Lounge, but of course it didn't have any production date information.
This thread has been a life saver. My MC Countryman is expected to be completed tomorrow. Sounds like the Countryman take longer to get to the docks from Austria. Hope there is a ship it can hitch a ride with once it gets there.
