I think the term is "on the cusp." My Clubman was born on 7/12, a Saturday so I feel stuck between two weeks! Doesn't really matter, though. Still stuck at the exit port!

I just saw my Clubbie listed in my dealer's inventory! OL has it scheduled to be delivered to the dealership on July 25. This is very exciting, its a month earlier than the MA told us back in May. We still need to have some hot chocolate accessories and the Xpel installed. I hope to be motoring next week!!!
Congrats to all the week 27ers that are already out motoring, and best wishes for time to fly on those that are still waiting.

I'm a week 26er who is hoping to pick up my Clubbie tomorrow (Saturday). We just have to get the paperwork finished for the sale of our old car first (fingers crossed). Also hoping my Clubbie did in fact make it to the dealer Thursday so today they can get the tint and bonnet stripes and detail done.
I feel like a kid again
Sending out good MINI vibes so everyone can bring home their new babies soon!

I see you're in NC too. What dealer? No Idea where Wampa is. I would assume VDC because my MA said next week he would be in Charlotte.

Mine's coming in to Flow in Winston-Salem. Hendrick was sold way out to September when I was ready to order. Your MA should be able to tell you where the car is; mine had not made the VDC as of late this AM. There is apparently a new VDC in GA for GA, FL, and some of the other southern states, which reportedly speeds the process for cars coming through Greer. I'm hoping!

Congrats to all week 27ers who have their cars. And...hang in there to those of you who don't yet. I've had "Stella Blue" since Wednesday. I've put nearly 500 miles on and it has been pure driving pleasure. I've driving on highway and secondary road. My gas mileage is phenomenal - I"m very happy. Andd that is even with some "blowing people off the hills' type behavior. Wow. I am so impressed by the response of the car. Like nothing I've ever owned. The sun roof is perfect for up here in NH. I find myself not running the air, but opening the sun roof instead.
Have you changed your interior light colors yet...so cool!
Tell us your driving experience!

Picked up our Clubman on Thursday
I am happy to report that we picked up our new Clubman "Chili Fred" on Thursday. It almost didn't happen though, and not because of MiniUSA.
I came down with a bad flu bug on Monday and was completely "out of it" for the next few days. I made a Doctor's appointment for Thursday morning and then got a call from my MA to plan on picking up our new car on Thursday afternoon. Well we were already out of the house on Thursday so why not!
I drove the car home from the dealer (about 60 miles) and put it in the garage. My wife drove it briefly the next day. But I still am not feeling well enough to enjoy it. Not quite what I was expecting when I planned this adventure!
Anyway, the Doctor says it is a virus that will end on its own - nothing I can do. At least I have plenty of time to read the manual and dream of trips to come (we have a trip to South Carolina planned soon).
Best wishes to everyone in this thread and on the website (and if you're healthy - enjoy it)!
