ALL ABORD FIDELIO LEAVING SOUTH HAMPTON JULY 8th

And now it is gone????
Looking at this site a few minutes ago

I found the ship Fidelio in the harbor and got a screen grab (which I posted above). But now, the Fidelio is not there!
The Halifax webcams
http://www.halifaxwebcam.ca/live/ind...9&SET_CAM=cam9
are too foggy to show anything.
The ship may have already departed for New York (!?) or do they turn off their tracking gear sometimes in the harbor...?

MiniO (and all),
I was looking at this site
http://ais3.siitech.net/VTSLite/AView.aspx
yesterday and for whatever reason all data from the Halifax area just went away. I was observing the North America/Canada map at the time. Data from the St Lawrence River in Canada and from New York and other US ports continued to be displayed -- but Halifax showed no ships at all. It is still that way this morning.
I'm hoping that the Fidelio has left Halifax and is en route to New York. If so we may start to pick up location information once it nears US waters (fingers crossed).
I'm a novice at using these sites so if someone with more experience can explain the situation "I'm all ears".
If I see something I'll report it here.

Fidelio - Updated position 7-17-2008 0519 EDT
Fidelio is now in New York Harbor. It is the Red ship in the map below.
Now she must get to the dock and begin the unloading process.
You can "watch" live at this site:

Anybody know any NY Harbor webcams?

Hope this goes quick.
I sold my POS Jetta early June and have been driving a borrowed NEON since.
The Mini is my only vehicle.
good luck on sale of you old vehicle. Hope it goes smooth and you get what you want.
So now that the cars have been off loaded. I guess we are in the darl now about status until it gets delivered to the dealer?

My Motoring Advisor at Mini of Sterling advises that my car is at the VDC and awaiting transport to the dealership. He can't tell me an arrival date until it is put on a vehicle hauler.
We're hoping and praying that we might be able to pick up the car next Thursday (the 24th). I'll let you know.
