I got the ship info from my MA this morning. Last Wednesday, October 1, she told my my MINI was "on it's way". I asked her about the ship last week and bumped her again this morning - I usually contact her via e-mail to be more discreet at work...

Jen, that's the same number I got earlier this morning. It's a personal cell phone for a girl named Katie. She has nothing to do with BMW or shipping according to her.

I don't know if it sucks more to be us or Katie today. Draik and I both pinged her number twice today!

 

Poor Katie, now I've posted her number and my bet is more folks will call her without reading further down. Ms. K-Line is checking her records and will get back to me. I must say, she is quick on the emails.

 

I was also given that same wrong number 3 weeks ago! Sucks to be Katie today!

Stay on top of you MA or Sales Manager. That is going to be your best bet. I know some are better than others but it was how I eventually got my answers and with that also came the BOL number... which means nothing once they have confirmed that you are on a ship already.

 

Jen, you could go back and edit out the phone number from you post... just an idea.

Just got an email from Marie at K-Line. She is emailing BMW to confirm and have them email me direct. I got the phone # from 2 different people at K-Line.

 

I hope Marie doesn't hate me for giving out her email! oops. I just hope it helps you guys ease the stress and get answers!!

 

I don't know if this will help but the main number for BMW in Greer SC is 864-989-6000. Donnie Greer is the Customs Compliance Manager but I couldn't locate her direct dial. Good luck.
