Noobie - From Scotland
Hi Guys.
This is my 04 plate Cooper with the Chilli pack. Fair setup up from the bottom of the range 1.4 Golf i had before it, and that was a step up from my first car ( a Subaru Justy)
Came with clear tail and side lights from the dealer
As you can see the car was fairly dirty at this point
Put my plate on just before xmas (My surname is Forbes)
Then 17" Zito 168 alloys in Feb
So the car now looks like this
Got a few things done to the car in June 08
Got the arch lights and halo rings put in at NewMiniStuff. And also got EBC Greenstuff brake pads put on at the front.
Am quite happy with the way the car is looking at the moment although i still think it needs lowered and possibly subtle window tints
Was at the Perth car show on the 18/8 so a few select photos from it. Was there with AberdeenCruising.com. I was also the only New Mini at the show so was trying to represent New Minis
Anyway photos
I hate Karma!
Put up a wanted add about steelies one day. This happens the day after about 5 mins after leaving my house.
To be honest with the state of Aberdeens roads with all the pot holes it was a matter of time. Along North Deeside road they spray painted all the potholes months ago, done jack **** to repair them. And happened to two other friends in the last 3 months.
So the car now looks amazing
The 5 spokes will soon all be on, maybe sooner rather than later now
And one while i was at work a couple of days ago
All phone pics
In the next few months i plan : New headunit, new alloys, lowering and joey style headlights
Thanks for reading

Nice Ride
Hey,
I think the Mini looks great. I also wanted to say how much I loved scotland when I was there. I went to Anstruther, St. Andrews, Edinburgh, Sterling, and a few other places and me and my wife can't wait to get back there. It's cool to see a nice looking Mini running around over there in Scotland.

Very nice, great pictures. Sorry about the wheel, those looked nice.
Keep us up to date on what you do with your 04. I do love the roads around Aberdeen for fun driving.
I did not know the potholes were wheel killers, thanks for that heads up. I will look out next time I'm over for a visit.
