Replacing daytime running lights

How do you replace the daytime running lights, these are the lights right below the headlight built into the bumper. One side is the fog light, and that is easy to replace, I can't figure out how to get the other light bulb out to replace it. Thanks.

Not sure how to replace them but these would actually be the "parking Lights" not the day time running lights. The day time running lights are built in to the head light assembly.
