Hi One and all,
after the winters cold..i found my driver window to have dropped a fraction and now whistles at speed or high winds,......when the window froze over the cold snap of snowie canada the glass wouldn't drop and when closing it while still up, i think it might have pushed the lower glass holding rail out off alignment. while talking to fellow mini enthusiasts at mini east enders durham ontario, there were some strange answers to the question. mini doesn't have a fix so i feel its my turn to investigate ...so here we are planing a day to take apart the door and checking the internals out.......having never played with the era of mini any help would be greatly apprieciated.

I get that problem too. I'm not as adventurous as you to pull door apart.

I've taken to dealer and they have made adjustment and problem gone

As you've probably noticed the window will do a fractional drop/raise getting in and out of the car

Need to ask them 'how' for future ref..........unless you figure it out!
