Tensioner replacement instructions

I'm trying to find instructions on how to replace the tensioner assembly. Can someone point me to the correct link?

i'd like some help in this department too please. is there a difference between the 02-03 and 04-06 tensioners? i'm deciding to purchase a new tensioner for insurance because i heard the early models were prone to failure. were they improved during 04-06?
