Hi everybody-
Just wanted to say hello, and that I'm ready to join the cult. Ordered my 2010 BRG Clubman (new HK system, Silver roof/pillars, Sport pack, Xenons) in early September, and finally (via ASK MINI) got word that it started production today (not sure if that's week 39 or 40). Next stop, apparently, is the paint shop.

I've been following the threads and just love reading 'em-always something cool to discover. Plus it gives me something to do to pass the time, which has been just creeping by since I placed the order. Someone needs to do a research study... weeks used to fly by but since I ordered a mini I feel like a 9 year old waiting for Christmas.

Anyway, I'm glad to (soon) be part of the group! Ready for indoctrination!

Yeah, I don't know if i can get any more obsessive! Starting to scare the family... but thanks for all the support- I know I'm not the first to feel this way!

Welcome to the infanity of the Mini! Great color choice BTW - check the threads & you can track your Mini once it gets on the ship - then you pray it won't hit bad weather & you really get obsessive over your new baby. In the meantime, start thinking of names! Congratulations!!

 

Thing the family thinks you are crazy now?? Wait until you get it and are still washing it all the time after you have had it over 3 months (my experience). Just wait to try to explain to others why your MINI is not "just another little car".

I too, was like a kid at Christmas but the MINI was way, way cooler than any Christmas present I ever got.
