Hello, my name is Dale. I purchased an 03 Mini on Saturday, to serve as my daily driver. I have a heavly modified Mustang and the day to day traffic was taking it toll on the car. I've wanted a Mini for a long time, and can't believe what I've been missing all these years.

I have attached a few Photos I took of the car Saturday evening.

Sort of a professional photographer. I used to be a professional wedding photographer, but moved on to a career in the IT industry. I love photographing automobiles. My Flickr is full of auto photography. I hope to get back into the photogrpahy business again soon.

 

From wedding photographer to an IT person...sounds like an easy switch. I'm actually a SysAdmin for a real estate search company and a buddy of mine is a Windows Admin that also does photography "on the side". He's actually going the opposite route as you though, wants to get out of the IT biz and do photography full time. I wish I had that talent...all my pics look like they're from a crappy cell phone.

Congrats 03! Awesome pics of a beautiful car. Hope you have lots of fun for years to come. I too have been a car buff for years and have had a lot of really nice cars but nothing could have prepared me for that fateful day I test drove my first MINI. Four MINI's later and I'm still smiling. Enjoy!
