New JCW Owners

My wife and I ordered a 2010 metallic black JCW hardtop with the body color painted trim around the wheel wells. We are long time autocrossers with our Corvette and hope to try the JCW too. We took delivery about 1,200 miles ago and like the JCW very much so far. My biggest problem at the present is trying to figure the best choice to get decent instrumentation. I want oil pressure, oil temp, and coolant temp at a minimum. I don't like the pods appearance or their potential intrusion upon air flow. We live in Phoenix and air is extremely important. I'd also like to find decent documentation on all features and functions. For example, is there a turbo cool-down feature that keeps them from coking?

Yes, there is a turbo cooler that operates after you shut down the engine.

If you don't want the pods you are going to have to get creative.

Thanks. Where does the ECU get its oil temp information? Assuming it does. Is there a definitive service/repair manual (similar comprehensiveness to a Helms manual for a GM product)?

I amlooking fro gauges that are dual function so I don't have too much clutter. I hope to find someone locally who has pillar mounted gauges as I really don't like the pods.
