Greetings from Atlanta and happy to be a member
Have visited this site many times and found it very user friendly and member friendly! Finally registered today. My wife just traded in her Mercedes C-300 AMG sport with 9000 miles on a 2009 MC with 12,000 miles and many options, and my Jaguar S type R with 14,500 miles for a 2007 MCS with 24,000 miles and only sport options. We both love our MINIS which are infinitely more practical for our 98% metro use!!
We both have the stock radio/cd and I've been trying to find a good used in-dash gps system which would still allow us to use our steering wheel radio controls. We both had factory navigations before. It appears that a single DIN unit with a motorized screen is the only viable option such as offered by Pioneer, Clarion, Boss or Jensen. Does anyone have any experience or suggestions re this quest?? Would greatly appreciate it!! If I can't find a good solution will probably go with NUVIs.
