I lost track of my MINI too
It was finished production on 4/20. I found out from my MA that it's supposed to come into NY so it has to be on the WW line. It's not on the list for having been received yet. There are VIN numbers that are later than mine that are on the list so I don't know what happened to it.....I guess it won't make the PORGY at this point. I think the next ship that leaves for NY is about a week later.
That list may not be complete. I ordered a MINI in 2005 and it was on the Procyon Leader (K-Line) to Port Hueneme.
Things may have changed since then though. Your MA will know where it is (about 1-3 days after your MINI leaves).
Welp, the Tarago is underway and still nothing on 2wglobal.com, so I guess it wasn't meant to be. I'll have to wait for my MA to get back to me when she's back in the office Wednesday.
Eno, our big Butterfly slipped through the Gatun locks during the night. She is now on the lake, and should be moving toward Miraflores soon. The hi-res webcams are fun to watch. Quite a few people are standing on the Miraflores observation deck watching the boats move through the locks...
Hi Everyone, I ordered my 2011 eclipse grey John Cooper Works on 4-5-11. So far, the owner's lounge shows it still on step 1 three weeks later (order received, but awaiting a production date)! I was told 6 to 8 weeks. Does that seem about right to everyone?

Dial 1-800- ASK-MINI and follow the voice prompts for vehicle production status. You will be happy. Call back and ask to speak to a customer rep., you will be happier. Call your MA, tell them what you know and ask them to check your status. You will be HAPPIER. Let us know.

I know JCW's only go into production once a month as opposed to continuous for MC/MCS.
As for the 6-8 weeks it depends on alot of variables, esp. where you live/taking deliver at. For example you can add ~2 weeks to delivery if you live in CA vs. NY
If you want to give other NAM members some background info (via your "signature" go here and edit your signature like you see at the bottom of my post. Also go to your NAM "profile" here and input stuff like your location. Trust me it will make getting help alot easier, as everyone will know what specifically you are asking about.
Thanks for the info... It's nice to have a support group! I was really hoping to get her before a MINI rally in my area June 12, but that is looking a little unlikely now!

Went in today to talk to my MA, he doesn't know anymore than me, hopefully by the time PORGY leaves tomorrow we'll both know more.. there was a classic there though so I took the photo op :D

Looks like she is now underway to the Miraflores locks. ETA in Port Hueneme: May 2, 4:00PM PDT.
Keeping a lookout for when she is in range of the webcam.

You can see the dates for my JCW order in my sig. I did specifically want an April build so I was given a production slot for a car that shoulda went into production on April1. But as you can see it didn't go into production till the 8th. And I was told that it is cause JCWs are only built maybe once per month.
Bad thing is there is a longer wait. But you have a little extra time to change options in case you aren't sure yet. I had my MA change things 3X before going into production.
