Nice. Hopefully you get a ship that can be tracked across the Atlantic. Unlike mine, where it stopped showing up on either of the ship tracking websites, so I have no idea where in teh Atlantic it is right now.
Oh, I'm looking at your options, and it reminds how funny it is that Mini lets you get the black headlight housings with your MCS w/ JCW package. But they wouldnt' let me get the black housings with a JCW though it was something I really wanted on my build. I don't know how they come up with the restrictions on the options cause it makes absolutely no sense to me since they should be interchangeable.
Hi...I picked up my Clubman today. It's laser blue body and roof!! It's so nice! I still can't believe how fast they got it from the VDC to the dealer.

Out of curiosity, what sites are you using to track? I'm using marinetraffic.com and expect the ship to drop off their radar tonight.
I did notice that about the black housings on a JCW. I don't pretend to understand the logic. However, the JCW gets the black Challenge Spoke wheels that I wanted so badly. Maybe I'll swap/powdercoat at some point...

The estimated completion date is the 4th of May, however, the last update in the system for my car is from April 21st when it entered the body shop. I have called ASK MINI daily and the status has not changed. Is it normal for a car to take a week to go through the body shop or do factory updates sometimes lag behind the actual production status of your car?

Perfectly normal. ASK-MINI and the Owner's Lounge aren't reliable. The OL shows my car at the VDC; ASK-MINI tells me it's awaiting a ship. Regardless, my MCS arrived at the dealer two days ago. Don't stress the "updates". Your car is closer than you think (and closer than MINI tells you).

Talk to the live person instead of the automated message. The automated isnt updated much. Mine says its still waiting for transportation still, but my car has actually been on a boat for a week already and is due into Baltimore in a few days.
Thanks for the replies, guys. That is reassuring to hear. I've been in touch with the live representatives and they told me everything they knew. I need to go sit under a waterfall for a while to help with my impatience.
