I've had so many people tell me they'd get a MINI but their dog/bicycle/spouse won't fit in/on it, that I thought it'd be good for us to show what DOES fit in our MINIs. Like this. You can't drive a MINI up and down the hills of the Bluegrass if you can't put your horse in the boot.

My MINI was good for a Sam's Club trip with a friend who bought loads of stuff, including a 42" TV. With the back seats down, everything fit, but just barely! I was very proud!
We toyed with the idea of loading a freezer in it a few days ago. Chickened out especially when they said they'd deliver it for free. 'Spose we coulda' hoisted it up on the roof racks--an updated Grapes of Wrath thing!
A 5 cu ft freezer from Costco, brand new in it's box. Rear doors closed (Clubman). The store guy helping me slide it in could not believe it. He even took a picture of it :-)
Dang! So we COULDA stuffed that freezer in the back of the Clubman! Opportunity missed.
I have a feeling MINI could do some clever shtick with the pictures. They already ran a 'feature story' on some newlyweds who moved across the country in their MINI hardtop.

I can second this but it was only a 4 ft one for the kids dorm room, it fit in with the seats down. I also managed to get an 8 Foot Christmas Tree home in it, yes it was hanging out the back, but very easy to load, and I had some very interesting looks from people on the highway
