can anybody tell me how the bluetooth/usb works on the mini? is the usb voice activated so i can say which song i want to hear? can i plug-in a memory stick with 500 songs, and the car stereo will recogonize the stick and play it?

No it isn't voice activated (as far as I know) yes, you can plug in a usb stick. I love that option. I use a 4G stick without any issues.
