Hi Everyone!

We have had our Mini for about a year. 2006 Cooper
We also have a RV which we tow the Mini during the cold months when we escape the north.

The only problem we have doing this is: The battery loses a lot of power in a short period of time. Unable to start after approx. 2 hrs. of towing with the ignition key in the position to use the 12V aux. pwr receptacle (cigarette lighter" to power the brake assist device that we use.

The car has the original battery and we wouild like to replace it. Because of the battery cover, etc. we would like one that fits without any mechanical modifications. We do not want to sacrifice battery quality. Any suggestions?

Ron and Joan

Nice looking traveling rig, glad to see MINI helping out with the ship on its roof, happy trails and a warm winter to you. Batteries no help, sorry.
