Ola from a "young buck"

Hello all,

Just making my intro to the forum. My names Ken. Currently located in Ohio. I currently own a red 2004 r53. i picked it up from a local dealer ship when i finnally gave up on my jeep and desiced to buy a new/used car. Im not new to auto's went to school at Lincoln tech in Indianapolis, in. My mini is complete bone stock. At its currently the best handling car ive ever own and absolutly love to drive it. only other car that even handled anywhere close was a 97 prelude that i owned a while ago. Im 21 so im fairly young ha, however know my way around things and i like to pride myself that i know some what how to drive thanks to my father and mother. My mini is not the only one in my family, my father and step mother own an 02 or 03? yellow r53. im always open to learn new things and try to help others when i can. i dont go for the hole bashing of other people and i try to treat every one with respect. even if i personally think there taste or choice isnt the best.. Im currently trying to find new parts for my mini or things that i can do on a budget to improve the power out put, theres a great amount of power how ever i like a little more engine noise when i drive..

thanks for the warm welcome. oh i already love my mini lol. i do have a couple questions tho on how i can get a little more power out of my car with out spending 2k+. i was thinking is there a way to maybe take one of the mufflers out on the stock exhaust system to increase flow threw the back half of the exhaust system. i know i already wanna do the madness cold air intake with the cowl and maybe a 15% reduced pulley system.

unless you can weld exhaust piping and have a tube bender, you will probably have to take it to an exhaust shop.
