Hi! I'm new
Hello I'm new to the mini forum.
Pretty much I've driven mini's for coming up on 6 years now.
My first mini was a 2004 mini cooper automatic. It was awesome! After meeting my now fiance he convinced me to purchase a 2007 mini cooper S (manual of course). Now i see why!!! Not only are they super fun to drive but I no longer get those lame looks like I did when I told someone my mini was an automatic! haha
So here is the deal. My new mini has that secret compartment on the passengers side that will not open! I need help with that. Also the PCV valve is cracked and it's expensive to replace the whole thing so does anyone have any alternative methods for repair? Help!
Also I need some sweet wheels. Is it just me or do the stock wheels look plastic!?

I have not taken it in yet but my fiance checked it out and found that the PCV is inop and found that it is pulling to much vacuum on the crank case at idle. So it needs to be replaced. And as far as the warranty I am at 53000 and the local dealership does not want to help at all. I am going to call again and see what we can do, but it does not look like they are willing to help.
