Sun Roof Graphic Coming Off

I have the Black Jack sun roof graphic on my 2010 Clubman. I got Eddie in late August and I've already had to have the graphic replaced. Anyone else having problems with theirs? At this point I'm just gonna take it off.

2010 Clubman S with the checkboard vinyl on the sunroof. Purchased in March and no problems with the checkerboard.
