So my Countryman is finally on a boat after sitting at the port waiting for 2 full weeks. Anyone else on the same boat? Tracking it, I see that it is currently in the UK. I'm in Oregon so it will be interesting to watch it as it heads my direction.

Very cool! Nice to know someone else is in the same boat. My dealer is still hopeful I'll see it in the last few days of the year. I'd love to hear when you get yours, mine should only be a few days behind!

 

Sorry bro, but I just found out that my car did not make it on the boat as I had previously thought. It looks like it was turned away at the very last minute.

I'm going to have to wait a few extra days until I get my MCS. Let me know when you get yours.

 

We'd been wondering why we hadn't seen you at the midnight all chocolate buffet!

 

So the Cygnus Leader came out of the dark last night. She's now sitting waiting for her turn through the Panama Canal. Bummer part is that canal was closed for 17 hours yesterday from flooding (first time since the US invasion in 89 that it has been closed). Hope this doesn't cause long delays! Still hoping to get my car before the end of the year.

 

Found the PDF of the shipping schedule showing the Cygnus Leader getting to Port Hueneme tomorrow! There's still a chance I get offloaded and shipped right away and get my Countryman before Christmas. Very small chance though.
