Viva Las Vegas

New to the community,
Bought a '03 CooperS while in Germany and after 4 years on the autobahn, returned to the US...speedometer took a nose dive from 115+ to/from work to now the legal speed limit. Went to the local dealer who said I needed to register our car at Mini North America for servicing so if anyone can advise who I should contact, it would be greatly appreciated.

You might still be able to do 115, but you would need to pick your spots, good luck.
