I got my '04 Metallic Gold Mini Cooper in September.

I honestly feel like this is my first real car. My actual first car was bought in high school and I drove her around for 6+ years. She was reliable, but I just thought that I hated driving. Well 3 months with Cooper and I'm realizing how much fun it can be!

Sweet, I have driven many fun cars (such as my husbands BMW 135i when he lets me), but my Mini will be my first "real car" as well. I test drove one a month ago and had a blast, whats not to love about the way a Mini drives??

Agreed. I just joined the club at the end of the motoring season. From what I've heard, and the few I've talked to they're a blast. Heading out on the 16th of this month for my first get together with the gang and can't wait. They're so welcoming to new comers.
