How do you track a MINI if you already have an OL account?

How do you track a MINI if you already have an OL account?

I have an Owners Lounge account already for my 2003 MCS.

I just ordered a Countryman, and have a production number - but I can't figure out how to track it with my existing OL account!

I see in the OL Profile page there's a place to add a car, which does take a production number. But then it also asks for things like the delivery date and other things that have not come to pass.

Do I have to set up a whole new OL account just for tracking?

Sorry if this has already been covered before, but I did searches and read the first bit of the sticky tracking thread and came up dry.

Heya!
I just did this myself. Add the production number and make up the dates. It will take future dates believe it or not. And I think it asks for mileage? I don't remember. But make it up. Then when you go to track, make sure you use the drop down menu to track your new car rather then the old one.

I just made a new account since I couldn't remember my old one(It's been over 5 years!). Of course, the next day when I went to check on my new MINI I had a brain fart and entered the sign in from my old account . I wonder if I can go back and add the new MINI to that account now?

You can always try to add it in the edit section. See what happens.

I just made new accounts, so we have 4 accounts to go with the 4 MINIs.

Just make up the numbers in those sections. That's what I did and it worked fine. And yes I agree, this is much worse then the first time.

Thanks, that worked fine - although I did have to log out after I had added the profile info before I could see the tracking link.

I decided to enter the date I would like it to arrive and I'll see if it affects delivery. :-)
