OH!!! I hope mines on there!! I called this morning and was told it was waiting for transport. I've been entering my VIN on the WW website but it keeps telling me "No Record Found".

 

I think MINIs headed to Texas go through the VPC at Brunswick, GA. The next WW ship is the Aida leaving on the 11th.

 

My Clubman is supposed to be finished today. I'm on the west coast so I hope it makes it on the Madame Butterfly otherwise I may be waiting a few more long agonizing weeks.

Ya, I saw the code for GA on my vehicle inquiry sheet.
I don't understand though why they have a ship that comes in to Galveston which is like an hour away from me, but they are shipping it to GA.

 

Yup. Mine has is heading for Austin and has "SSIPOA" as the "Port Loc.", which is Brunswick, GA, according to this page:

Anyone know how long before leaving port a VIN typically shows up on WW's tracking site?

 

 

My MCS showed up on WW as soon as it was booked on a voyage, which was shortly after it arrived in Southampton. The status changed again as soon as all of the MINIs were aboard the Otello.

Hoping to make the Aida to GA as well... a few more painful weeks...

 

Mine showed up on the day before, if I remember correctly. But for some people, it showed up on the day of.

As a reference, my car finished build on 3/24. Got to the port at 3/26, Saturday. But WW's website didn't show any records till later. So I guess you'll need to be patient. My ship left on 4/1.

 

Yeah, I wondered if I was wearing-out WW's server

 

My Countryman is also Week 14. I think week 14 is over now, I am soooo eager to get my new MINI. I am trading in my space blue with white roof (custom painted) coupe to get the Mini Countryman with 4 doors. I chose surf Blue with white hood racing stripes. My dealer in Mini of Mainline. I hope that the troubles in Japan, will not interfere with getting the transmission, I hear all the trans are made there...... any one else hear that?

 

So, ASK-MINI says "awaiting transport to the port of exit", and I'd like to continue the obsessive tracking of my baby's every move, but I can't seem to get the link to work for the W&W "track & trace" using my VIN. Can anyone share the link you're using? Perhaps I'm going about this the wrong way, or perhaps I'm computer illiterate. Thanks!

 

When I use the link from Chrome it gets a blank page "ATT Login" page that doesn't refresh.

When I use it from Firefox it gets the blank "ATT Login" page and then it refreshes to a screen that I can put my VIN into the Cargo ID field and search.

No far "No records found", and mine's at the port. Hoping it's on Aida on Monday.

 

Thanks for the info- downloading firefox on our macbook now. Sounds like your Mini will be sailing away on Monday- that's exciting!
I'm doubting mine will make it to the port quick enough to jump onto Aida, but we shall see...

 

I'm on a Mac too...which makes it that much more likely that Firefox will fix your issue.

 

The Madame Butterfly is now in Zeebrugge . Will be in Southampton to pick up week 14 MINIs early Tuesday GMT.
