Still in shock that I have a MINI...

We picked up my new-to-me MINI Cooper S, in Dark Silver Metallic on Tuesday March 29th, and I still can't believe its MINE!! Anyone else have this sense of un-reality when they got their first MINI?

Yes, went through the same thing.
It does wear off but not for a long time!

Grats! The shock usually disappears after you write your first monthly payment.

Yup! We picked ours up on the 29th also! I keep walking outside to make sure the F150 is really gone! LOL

Got ours on the 31st, the last day of the 0% financing! Had to take advantage of that!

Grats to the OP on a new MINI. Now, pics or it didn't happen

I got my R53 in Sept. of last year, and yes the shock does wear off after a while, but the smiles upon seeing it in your garage or driveway, and the sheer joy of the driving experience does not.

Drive 'er in good health!

Pics to come. I'm on my iPad right now and can't figure out how to attach them! We didn't want to spend too much, so. Just got the base model Cooper. Still, it's an awesome car. Horizon blue metallic with black roof, and not much else! We've had top of the line cars before and you end up not using alot of the gizmos. It does have that fancy "disco lighting" that my 6-yr old loves of course. The wife and I are as happy as pigs in you-know-what!

Nice ride, congrats! I've had mine for about a year and I still turn around and get a second look every time I walk away from the parking spot.

Same here, I got my first MINI in September of 2010 and traded in my F-150 for it and haven't regretted it once yet. We loved the MINI so much my wife traded her car in on one too. We are not a 2 MINI family. Its so much fun to just go for a drive. Enjoy it.

I have a habit already of asking the MINI if it missed me when I go back to it. We came out of the movie theater yesterday evening, and I said "Did you miss me?". My other half almost laughed himself to death.
