New guy here

Wanted to say hello to everyone.
Been doing some research on a second vehicle here & there lately.Looking for another addition to the auto family.I am really liking the the 2011 Clubman S model.
My Touareg tends to like drinking a lot of gas.So I think that is a good excuse to get something else.Just wanted to say hello and hopefully here soon I will be among the Mini Heads on this forum.

We just traded our gas guzzler in for a Cooper. You will love seeing 37mpg on the readout!

Still Lurking

Well...It is gettin really close now.I have to get a few more dollars in the bank and I will hopefully be getting the Clubman S. here soon.I am wanting to put a nice down payment on the vehicle.I went ahead and paid my other vehicle off a year early so I can get this one.
This one will be straight off the lot but it has everything I am wanting.Only thing it does not have is the nav and roof rails.
Looking into get the rails because I have the racks for them.I use them a lot so having them is a must for me.
Just a couple more weeks or so and I will be in the Mini Club.
Already caught the bug and starting to get Miniitis.

Something you all would like to see.

Being an Airstream traveler,I wanted to show you what the Mini Clubman can do.Now I know you all have seen the concept with the Mini Clubman and Airstream.Well....This one was done in Canada. The owner of this dealership is top notch and very experienced.

This is very cool and I though I would share it with all of you.

Airstream

It is an older model and weighs a lot less than todays Airstreams.I believe the weight is around #3200 lbs for the Airstream.
