Pulling the trigger - Need Opinions

My wife has wanted a mini for years. We went to the dealer yesterday and they had what she wanted on the lot. We put money down and we are ready to pick up in a few days. Here is the vehicle..

Cooper HT
Chili Red / Black Roof
Carbon Black Leatherette
Cold Weather Package
Automatic
Sunroof
Color Line Rooster Red (Interior Trim)
Bluetooth and USB/iPod Adapter
All season tires

Questions:

What is the difference between the Bluetooth above and the "connected" package?

Do dealers deal? In other words, we negotiated $750 off of the sticker. Can I do better?

Thanks in advance..

Jim,

Some dealers will negotiate more than others. So thats a tough question.

But right now there are incentives from Mini. You can get connected with Nav or sport pkg, or Premium Pkg at no charge. I guess the car you are priciing does not have any of those options.

If you found a car with one of those options and still got an additional 750 off, that would be even a better deal.

Someone else will have to answer about mini connect. I dont have it.

Yes ask about the incentives for the month
I think $1000 is good
$2000 is the best I have heard of.
MINI dealers don't discount much and won't tell you about specials unless asked.

Also Ask about rim insurance. Especially if you lease.
They didn't ask me until I was signing the lease.
