So here's the deal I just got done doing a water pump on the 2006 mini cooper and it wasn't to bad the pump was right up front. The 07 mini the pump is in the back! I was wondering if anyone has done one before and had any tips.

Looked harder than it was. Just took the motor mounts off and let the motor down a bit so I could get at the bolts on the pully and the pump.
