I just bought a new clubman S 2011 and just ordered the new hood scoop, is anyone can help me with how to take off the original one and put the one I order in without damage it ?

Good luck, use the plastic pry bar and all should be good.

 

I undid the screw on the bottom and pulled up after pressing the grey tabs together on the visible friction pin.
