I just called my MA and he said my car is on a ship that sailed on 6/11. OL still shows as waiting transport (and from what I've read, OL doesn't update once past production well). I did a search and found only one ship departing on 6/11 which is Falstaff. If this is correct...I was able to find it here...

Just found out from ASK MINI that mine is on its way to port (of course the OL still only tells me that it's scheduled for production). Hopefully I can join you guys on the Tamerlane!!!

So glad I found you guys! I've been sitting on 'awaiting transport' for a week but I have extenuating circumstances. At least I know the lack of updates is normal and that things could still be moving along now.
My MA found a Countryman matching our options list already finished. Put our deposit down on Tuesday, June 7th. At some point in the next couple of days, the build sheet was changed to Priority One - sold, so it should be shipping shortly if it hasn't already. I was told at ASK MINI that they can't track it once it's been released to the shipping company so at least I know that has happened. In an email adding boot stripes, the MA gave an ETA of 6/27. He says it's only an estimate. That would make our CM on the Tamerlane, leaving Bremerhaven before stopping in South Hampton...I hope.
So anyway...car was manufactured beginning 5/30. Hoping to be on one of the ships you all have mentioned if not this one. I know KLine has at least one leaving for Baltimore this week and WW has several. Fingers crossed that he's among friends on a slow boat ....

Do you know what port you are coming in? Also when did your MINI finish production?

I can hardly stand it, LOL. My car has been in waiting at the Port status for 3 or 4 days now. She's just begging to take that cruise over to America. I think if she has to wait any longer, she may just try to jump in the ocean and swim on over.
She knows she's going to a good home.....
OMG, I think I'm going nuts!!!!

Seriously? I get a white screen on the first one and a page with no answers on the second. I had to go to the sidebar to find the schedule.
All I have is my Build Sheet...it stated 5/30/2011 as build date but no complete date and BALPOA (Baltimore) as the port of entry. I know it's shipping from Bremerhaven. ASK MINI was no help. The car has been signed over to the transport company.
I feel your pain, Simplybao. So close, yet so far!!

I did, I was told that once the car was signed over to the shipping company, they could no longer track it. Maybe I should try again.
I bought a Countryman. (I need those 4 doors) They're manufactured at the plant in Austria by Magna Steyr. That is probably part of the problem. BMW/Mini is a contractor there, from what I understand.

At the moment it appears as though Countrymans are produced and shipped from Austria. I've seen no information provided on how to track Countryman MINIs from their origination. You might check the latest posts in the thread to see if any further information has been provided by fellow NAMers.

On its way
Hi fellow 1st gears!
My JCS was ordered on May 7, build complete on June 6, at Southhampton same day, onboard Falstaff on June 11 and at sea the same day. We're now in the middle of the Atlantic, just past a pretty big storm that Falstaff had to divert around. How did I know?
http://www.sailwx.info/shiptrack/shi...html?call=SLCO
where I found this:
When I saw Falstaff diverting south I figured something was up, so I went to
http://passageweather.com/
where I saw this:
So as you can see I've obsessed about tracking the build/delivery process!
Anyway, Like ya'll I'm hoping to be in the driver's seat before the end of June!
Good luck with yours!
