Changing / Adding a new production number to "Track Your Mini" in the Owners Lounge ?
I placed an order for my Countryman S All4 a few months back. I was one of the people who was caught in the whole Mini Connect / Navigation problems they were having. Long story made short... I was given Navigation at no charge. However in order to this a whole new car had to be ordered and I was issued a new production number. The old production number is no longer valid, but it still being used in "Track Your Mini". I called Mini directly to see if they could offer up some advice on how to enter in the new number and cancel out the one ( I looked for a while before calling, but could not find it ), but she was unable to tell me how to do so. She did say it could be done though.
Does anyone know how to do this?

Also,
I do not know how I did not notice it until the other night when I talked with Mini on the phone, but the production number they gave me, was not correct. Or they ordered the wrong car. I am not sure, but the description of the car did not match the one I ordered fortunately I know they got it right this time as it verified with the dealer.
