Don Juan is in the port. That is the next ship headed to the east coast. I hope my cooper is going to be on that one.
My MA says their cars always come in on K-line so the Don Juan is out of the question. He told me more than likely it will be on the CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY due in Bremerhaven 9-26 which puts it in Brunswick 10-10.
Probably two different companies with separate VDCs. I noticed that when my boat was in NY it spent a day at the dock in Jersey City and then was at the dock in Elizabeth (essentially next door) the next day. My MA is back from vacation tomorrow, so I'll get in touch with her about pick up then. Since we'll be garaging the car and not using it for commenting I'm not sure if trying to get it earlier than Fri (or early Sat?) will actually be worth it, but I'll probably give in to getting it as soon as I can!

You know that never dawned on me...makes perfect sense.

Spoke with my MA today. Car is set to get its stripes tomorrow and we've scheduled pickup fro Friday afternoon. Could have gotten it earlier on Thursday, but getting it during the middle of a workday means I need to find a place to park it, so Friday afternoon won out.

And looking at the satellite view on marinetraffic... you can already see a ramp connecting the ship and the dock and vehicles unloaded and exactly 33 of them are in a straight line... but dont know if its real-time or how recent is this satellite pic... will keep refreshing like a mad person now...
