My ship, the Torrens was a day late getting out of port, but it was lucky for me because that delay resulted in my car getting on the ship. So, a delayed ship may or may not be a problem.
YeeHa!! My MA called a while ago and said a truck pulled up with what looks like my car on it. I will pick it up today at 4:00PM. Of course, we are getting our first big rain in what seems like years, so far no hail.
My car is sitting in Germany, waiting for a ship. I feel kind of sorry for the people at Ask Mini, since they are probably getting to know me by now....
Had a look yesterday and according to CN Rail tracking (www.cn.ca) my car was at the Toronto rail yards, with final stop North of Toronto today. Checked with the trucking company MINI Canada uses (www.lhf.com/hansens) and I found my JCW should be on a truck as of today, delivery date on or before 21Nov2011. The truck drive is only 2 hrs so I am really hoping it is sooner than that.
MA says I may take delivery next Monday or Tuesday! (Maybe sooner?? )
Anyone else on the Independence II. Should have docked at Baltimore but I am not getting any new information from the WW website. Just wondering if anyone has any idea what is going on with that ship. Is there any way to find out?
Pardon me for being dumb, but what is a "BB" url? I've setup the flickr account and am uploading as we speak, btw...

I meant to also say, the clear bra is really great! I've heard of standard bras causing mildew and other issues.
I had the clear bra on my first 2005 MCS and never regretted it!

I am strongly considering 3M film wrap on the hood for protection, after I take delivery. Was thinking of buying a bra but the clear protection is better. Will your dealer be applying the Xpel, and where?
