A little help guys...OL says my car is en route. WW shows nothing for its VIN, so I guess that means he is on a K-Line ship. The K line schedule of course doesnt show what boats left in the past week, only the ones that are leaving in the future. Looking at the schedule though, Does it seem a fair guess to assume he is either on the florida or california highway? (Those are the next two arriving in Brunswick?) Really enjoyed the tracking process, and its driving me a little nuts not knowing which ship Im on. MA hasnt been able to tell me yet either.

 

Yeah, mine is on the toronto too. Hits NY 11/25. Hopefully I'll get it before December!!!

 

SCM, it sounds like we may be in the same production run! Do you have any information on when you ship out?

 

Florida Highway has already hit Baltimore.
California Highway doesn't depart Southampton until the 20th.

There's a possibility that a ship from another line was contracted to fill that week-long gap with no East Coast ships. Then it's REALLY a mystery.

Nervously awaiting my Pepper White Cab S, blk line interior, with redwood coloured steering wheel and gear sleeve, plus a few odds and ends from here and there, and the tuning kit, it's somewhere out, two days delayed. On the Torrens from the Wallenius Wilhelmsen line. Sailed out of Southampton on 11-11-11. Due in Port Hueneme on the 2nd. Can I drive it off the ship?

 

I hadn't checked. The Torrens is now due in on the 2nd? I can't complain, though, because if it wasn't late getting out of Southampton I wouldn't have made that ship. My car reached the port on the 10th and got loaded on the Torrens early morning on the 11th, so a two day delay is a lot better than a 12 day wait. Thanks you guys for waiting for me!

 

Thanks Gloom...thought I was loosing my mind there for a minute...of course my real hope is that he hopped on a boat a week or two ago without me knowing it and will magically be in my driveway next week.

Thanks! You can just barely see some chili red interior on the passenger interior door. I rather like the wheels now - I'm glad my wife talked me out of choosing black.

I was annoyed today as I am not allowed to take advantage of the current MINI finance rates that are 1% lower. I guess I am locked in. I also wasn't able to adjust my down payment. Oh well - nothing major - at least the transport ship didn't sink or something.

Next up is thinking about summer non-run-flat tires. Anybody in the market for performance run flats??

Im not really sure. the owners lounge changed to "en route" on the 16th or 17th. Im not sure what boat that means he got on...none other than WW boats left around those dates, and my VIN doesnt show up in their cargo.

Actually I haven't either! The pics above are the closest to "in person" I've seen. It looks great! They had a EG coupe at my dealership but it had black stripes/roof/mirrors. Looked great but I just know the red is gonna make the whole car look beastly (in a good way)! I'm near Louisville, KY. where they have one dealership. The next nearest one is a little over 2 hours away.

My JCW Coupe has been on order for a couple weeks now. The OL tracking still has it as "on order" but the automated 866 number has had it at "scheduled for production" since about 4 days after I received my production order number. When I click over to talk to a human they tell me it's scheduled for production as well. Frustrating not knowing exactly whats going on but I suppose that's half the fun. One good piece of news in the whole process is that I did get a dealer production slot which I've been told is a good thing.

 

Wooten, I'm soon to be back in the fold! This will be my 4th MINI- the ticky tocky is just as strong as it was for the 2003 and the 2006 orders!

Hello All,

I'm totally new to this forum and just recently joined. I'm anxiously awaiting my Mini from England and recently learned it's on the boat crossing the pond as I write this. I ordered a spice orange mini with black bonnet stripes. It's the basic model with a few goodies thrown in here and there. To say I'm excited is a huge understatement and December 17th (my proposed arrival date) can't come soon enough!
