Tank251, Hope you get that pretty blue car soon. Some ships and MAs feed more info thatn others. Their job is to get us the car we want then move on to the next customers. Until they get on a truck or hit the dealership , the MAs really aren't any more sure than the online tools available to us all. (ship tracking and checking with WW.) I did find that they are trucked from port in covered trucks to the dealership. Nice.
Tacoma, got it. Thank you ! So weird my car didnt' get off in California as I live in Colorado and it seems to me to be a shorter distance from California to Colorado than from Tacoma to Colorado...what do I know.

Is there another distribution center on the west coast besides the one in California?
So confused...my dealer just told me (10 am MST) the car is set to dock in California tomorrow...not Tacoma....so which is it????? She said once it docks I should have it in 5-10 days...give or take.
Anyone have any info on a VDC in Georgia? My Countryman jumped off the ship 'California Highway' in Brunswick, GA at the Colonel's Island port. OL still shows 'En Route' but I have a message from my MA that the car is on land again and I can see that the ship has left port.

I'd lay odds that your MA just isnt as up to date as he/she could be and that Fiona is at the VDC now. (When my car was at that step, owners lounge and my MA were about 4 days behind.)

Yes! Mine went through there last week. There's a big auto port in Brunswick. (The first page of the "How to Track your Mini" thread has links to google maps of it, etc.)
Cars coming to either Colorado dealership disembark at Port Hueneme (near Long Beach). The Torrens arrived there Fri 12/2. The Torrens then sailed on to Tacoma with cars and cargo destined for the northwest. If you check with your MA he/she will have info that it is in port or at the VDC in California. Then it's just a matter of a final quality check, installing any minor fixes that may be needed, and getting it transported to Colorado. In any event, it shouldn't be long now.
I'm also waiting on mine from Schomp, 2012 MCS Pepper White, lots of extra.
VDC is vehicle distribution center where your car goes after port for inspection, etc. before heading out to your dealer on a truck and MA is Motoring Advisor. Your personal Mini dealer.
Ah got it.....Pepper white is soooo pretty. Maybe your car will get here soon too :-) Mine doesn't have a ton of extra's, it's pretty basic. Still I can't wait to get her.

I am waiting for mine from Schomp too. Comet was on Torrens with yours. Who is your MA if you don't mind me asking. You seem well informed.
Anybody else waiting for a Countryman that has to go through Baltimore? My car was finished over 3 weeks ago but it seems like there's been a shortage of ships coming from Bremerhaven to Baltimore...The Taiko is supposed to leave today, I sure hope my bundle of joy gets a spot!
I just talked to Crevier and my guy didn't have a clue yet. I am trying to get my wire ready and they still can't tell me anything??
What trucking company are you talking about? They released your car from Crevier? Just looking for clarification.
Thanks

It was released from the VDC to the trucking company to bring it to the dealer but no idea when it will be here maybe Wed or Thur but most likely Thursday
